Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is preferred. Most massage therapist charge for cancelled appointments without 24 hour notice, but because my clients are Special Needs, I don't do that.  But please understand that when someone cancels, I cannot put someone in their place because everyone has a weekly of biweekly set day and time. So I do lose money.
